Mount Holyoke’s Event Services department offers comprehensive event planning services to meet the goals of your next event, whether it be a wedding, shower, retreat, residential summer program or Mount Holyoke College department event. Our staff is available 12 months out of the year to provide guidance and support. They have a comprehensive background working with all size and program types. The knowledge and experience that each member has enable them to work with diverse and complex conferences.
During the months of June – August, campus spaces are bustling with outside organizations that are attracted to the array of meeting, athletic, and residential spaces that are available. The Event Service Department works closely with each client to align the appropriate meal plan, residential, and academic spaces, and to coordinate offsite excursions. Mount Holyoke College has hosted summer programs such as co-ed youth athletic and academic camps, religious retreats, adult music programs and intense academic programs for adults. The campus’ wealth of green spaces, as well as its state-of-the-art technology classrooms and athletic facilities, lend themselves to providing a place of comfort and enrichment for a variety of summer programs regardless of their theme.
During the months of September – May, our services are available to organizations that are hosting one-day events such as lectures, fundraisers, concerts or conferences. The Willits-Hallowell Conference Center & Hotel and other campus locations* are available year-round. *Some campus locations are available based on the Mount Holyoke College academic calendar.
